Document business logic, application workflows, and technical design decisions. Collaborate closely with Product Managers to clarify requirements and contribute to technical solution designs. Engage in code reviews to uphold high engineering standards and share best practices. Work alongside Site Reliability Engineering and QA teams to ensure that software is observable, resilient, secure, and production-ready. Identify and troubleshoot incidents, defects, and performance bottlenecks in partnership with cross-functional teams. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
