In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and configuring top-tier data center networking and computing equipment.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues alongside industry experts.
- Providing 2nd and 3rd Tier consultation/troubleshooting for intricate network topologies using various media protocols related to switching/routing products, SD-Access/Catalyst Center, and SDWAN.
- Collaborating as part of a cross-functional team to support customers during critical network challenges while managing a caseload of urgent issues.
- Driving customer satisfaction and ensuring successful outcomes through effective issue identification, documentation, and resolution.
- Solving diverse and complex problems that require in-depth analysis and data correlation.
- Conducting systems/product training for customers and contributing to the knowledge base for customer support and internal teams.
- Engaging with other High Touch Technical Services and development teams at a peer level.
- Leading problem resolution efforts with internal stakeholders, including HTOM, HTE, TAC, and product engineering.
