Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Intermediate Architectural Designers to join our Texas region, with opportunities available in Austin, Dallas, and Houston. In this pivotal role, you will engage in the daily design and technical development of various projects, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality work.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating project documentation, collaborating with our integrated design team, and adhering to project schedules and budgets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative technical solutions to design challenges while upholding design excellence.
  • Incorporate quality assurance/control measures and company protocols into project workflows, liaising closely with Project Managers.
  • Assist in maintaining project timelines and coordinating the delivery of project documents efficiently.
  • Plan, design, and coordinate a variety of projects, including complex assignments.
  • Apply advanced architectural concepts and develop new techniques as necessary.
  • Oversee the implementation of BIM standards and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Lead collaborative efforts within the project team, generating and sharing design ideas.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior staff, ensuring alignment of cost estimates with design objectives.
  • Engage in client presentations and contribute to project success through effective communication.
  • Manage time and deliverables in accordance with project schedules and budgets.
