We are excited to welcome an Interior Design Project Manager to our vibrant Austin studio. Here, you will thrive in a culture that emphasizes collaboration, technical expertise, and ongoing development. Our Austin studio is known for its impactful projects such as Casis Elementary School and General Marshall Middle School. We are also revitalizing an underused space within a historic building at Southwestern University (Cullen Hall) and are currently engaged in the construction of Pflugerville City Hall.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios located in California and Texas, bringing high-performance, community-focused design to fruition.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, actively participating in all design and delivery phases.

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, building robust relationships and ensuring effective communication.

  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and work plans throughout all project phases.

  • Review and supervise all contractual, financial, and construction administration documents.

  • Lead and assess research on products, materials, and construction techniques.

  • Guide team members through mentorship, providing training and growth opportunities.
