Job Summary:
As an Interaction/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting products that enhance user experiences. You will collaborate with an agile team focused on developing solutions for the Financial Industry and MAS officers for the Financial Supervision function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute user research activities to gain insights into users' goals, behaviors, and needs.
- Create user models based on research findings and other relevant domain factors.
- Define context scenarios and narrate the ideal user experiences the team aims to deliver.
- Articulate product or system capabilities and requirements that support users' goals and tasks, alongside the success indicators for interactions.
- Design the overall system structure, including information flows and workflows.
- Conduct testing and refinement of the product through evaluative research to ensure designs meet user goals and task completion.
- Foster empathy for users throughout the design process.
What We Are Looking For:

- A portfolio showcasing shipped digital projects currently in use.
- Preferably experience in developing eServices for public sectors.
- Proficiency in design tools and methodologies.
