As we continue to expand, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a technical expert to join our Customer Delivery and Deployment Team as an Integration Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and scalable integration solutions for our customers and partners. This professional-level individual contributor position encompasses ownership of customer integration execution, from onboarding to continuous optimization.
You will work autonomously, lead customer-facing integration discussions, and act as a trusted technical advisor. Collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams, you will drive successful integration outcomes while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, and overall customer value.
Teamwork and shared enthusiasm are fundamental to our culture, which is why this role will require you to join us in the Boston office for two days each week.
