Key Responsibilities:Develop, design, and implement the K:Service marketing customer journey across all channels. Work in collaboration with Product Marketing and Service GTM teams to effectively position K:Service for both marketing and service buyers, ensuring campaigns align with customer experience metrics (deflection, resolution rate, CSAT) as well as pipeline, revenue, and retention objectives. Lead the campaign strategy and planning, leveraging both high-reach channels and performance-driven digital channels. Enhance audience-specific messaging and positioning in partnership with Product Marketing teams to foster engagement at every funnel stage for new leads. Refine the end-to-end customer journey by partnering with content and creative teams to optimize existing materials and develop new content that keeps leads engaged. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Lead who possesses the ideal blend of precise audience segmentation, relevant messaging, strategic media planning, experimental design, and a holistic understanding of the customer journey, all aimed at driving ROI and scalable outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Lifecycle, Web, and Field teams to help Klaviyo advance our vision for K:Service, our AI-driven customer service platform that integrates Customer Hub, Customer Agent, and Helpdesk, enabling brands to transform every support interaction into a revenue-generating and loyalty-building moment—not just a resolved ticket. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing.
