ResponsibilitiesDrive Results: Respond to incoming requests and engage in a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to generate sales that contribute to Esri's growth. Demonstrate commitment to follow-ups, relationship building, and closing business deals. Utilize both phone and electronic communication to manage a pipeline of target prospects while gathering information and assessing customer interest. Focus on Customer Success: Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable Esri solutions. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely account handoff for ongoing opportunity management. Collect and share feedback regarding lead quality to enhance demand generation efforts. Communicate and Collaborate: Partner with sales management to develop target lists, calling strategies, and customer messages. Engage in team meetings, marketing and sales campaigns, and proactively share insights within and across teams. Learn and Grow: Gain a deep understanding of Esri's products and services to effectively implement proven processes and achieve your objectives. Utilize CRM best practices diligently to manage all data and activities. Learn from team members and contribute to the team's continuous improvement.
