Role overview
The Inside Sales Executive - Russian Speaker works primarily from the office, focusing on telephonic sales with minimal travel involved. Managing large portfolios for various organizations, this role is responsible for meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the sales process from initial prospecting through to closing deals
- Identify and approach new customers using a mix of cold, warm, and hot leads
- Evaluate prospects to ensure alignment with product, service, and company requirements
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Draft and send proposals via email, maintaining proper business etiquette
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts
- Communicate feedback to sales management on how to improve the sales cycle and strengthen the brand
- Act as a positive representative of Bayut & Dubizzle in the marketplace
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all sales interactions
