Role overview
The Inside Sales Executive - Real Estate position centers on telephonic sales and managing substantial client portfolios. Success in this role comes from consistently meeting sales targets and closing deals over the phone, with minimal need for face-to-face meetings.
What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to closing deals.
- Identify and engage potential clients using a variety of lead sources, including cold, warm, and hot leads.
- Assess and qualify prospects to ensure they fit product and company requirements.
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and send proposals via email, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities within Salesforce CRM.
- Develop weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
- Share feedback with sales management to help improve the sales process, performance, and brand presence.
- Act as a positive representative of Bayut & dubizzle in the real estate market.
- Uphold professionalism and integrity in all sales activities.
