High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.4 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar inside sales or telesales capacity. Experience in selling used cars, insurance, warranties, and financing is advantageous. Proficient in using CRM software. Familiarity with the automotive industry and associated value-added services (e.g., insurance, warranties). Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities with a strong aptitude for closing deals. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively to maximize sales success. Highly organized and self-motivated, with a focus on results.

In the role of Sales Executive - Inside Sales, you will be essential in nurturing robust customer relationships and utilizing your sales skills to promote dubizzle's automotive services. You will accurately assess customer needs, propose customized solutions, and consistently surpass sales objectives through phone interactions and field visits when necessary.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including cold, warm, and hot prospects.
  • Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and suggest the most suitable value-added services and packages.
  • Deliver customized proposals and maintain professional communication via emails, calls, and texts.
  • Establish and sustain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Provide customers with the most competitive deals by understanding their unique preferences and needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support and solutions.
  • Regularly meet and exceed both individual and team sales goals.
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions, opportunities, and sales results in CRM.
  • Offer constructive feedback to sales management to refine the sales process and enhance the company’s market position.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
  • Represent the Dubizzle Cars brand positively, maintaining the company's reputation in every interaction.
  • Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity.
