The Role
We are in search of a Product Designer to shape the future of AI-driven software. This is a hands-on role where collaboration with founders, engineers, and product leaders is essential to design user-friendly interfaces for intricate AI workflows.
You will play a pivotal role in crafting experiences that make sophisticated AI systems accessible, understandable, and enjoyable for users.
This position is perfect for designers who thrive on building products from the ground up, enjoy rapid iterations, and prefer to take ownership of entire product surfaces.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive interfaces for AI-driven workflows and knowledge systems.
- Translate complex product concepts into simple, elegant user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver polished product experiences.
- Contribute to the overarching design system and visual language of Libra AI.
- Conduct rapid design iterations based on user feedback.
- Design dashboards, agent interfaces, and knowledge retrieval experiences.
- Help define user interactions with autonomous AI agents.
What We're Looking For
You might be a strong candidate if you possess:
- 2–6 years of experience in designing digital products.
- Experience working with startups or agile product teams.
- Robust product thinking skills, beyond just visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Adeptness in designing complex workflows and data-rich interfaces.
- High attention to detail and a strong grasp of interaction design.
- Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
