Qualifications
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.4+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.2+ years of experience in electronics development. Proven track record in testing electronic, automotive, aerospace, or vehicle components. Familiarity with design tools, particularly PCBA (Altium preferred) and 3D modeling software (3DExperience or Catia preferred). Extensive experience using lab equipment such as Environmental Chambers, Oscilloscopes, Electronic Loads, Vector Network Analyzers, Time Domain Reflectometers, and Spectrum Analyzers. Proficient in Ubuntu and Python. Bonus Qualifications:Advanced degrees (M. S. or Ph. D.) in Engineering or a similar field. Participation in team or club competitions (e.g., SAE, FIRST, DARPA). Foundational knowledge of systems and networking (e.g., systems architecture, memory hierarchy, storage subsystems, LANs, routing). Experience with Ethernet switching chipsets (e.g., Broadcom, Marvell), PCIe, and CAN Compliance. Familiarity with simulation tools (Ansys preferred). Knowledge of common bus protocols (SPI, I2C, MDIO) and data acquisition systems (UEI and/or Keysight preferred). Experience with requirement-test case management tools (Polarion preferred) and Atlassian software products (Jira/Confluence).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct test execution using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and other electrical/environmental test equipment.
- Develop comprehensive test setups utilizing block diagrams, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and detailed test plans.
- Lead test infrastructure development projects, collaborating with procurement and suppliers.
- Create custom test assets, including load simulators, test harnesses, and Python scripts.
- Document and present Test Plans, Design Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, and Data Reviews.
- Review and consult on documentation releases for standards, designs, and risk assessments.
