Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you will drive the development of intuitive solutions that are seamless, scalable, and deeply empathetic, ensuring that every design interaction embodies Rho's vision for seamless financial experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead comprehensive design initiatives for product features across diverse platforms.Take ownership of complex design challenges with minimal supervision, guiding projects from initial exploration to refined execution.Engage in deep collaboration with product managers and engineers to define scope, identify dependencies, and enhance user flows.Establish interaction patterns and design scalable, accessible solutions based on data insights and user research.Create prototypes to validate concepts, gather feedback, and foster alignment.Maintain and elevate design quality by considering both micro-interactions and overall experience.Effectively communicate concepts during design critiques, cross-functional meetings, and stakeholder reviews.Contribute to the advancement of our design system and advocate for design excellence across the organization.
