The Role:
We are on the lookout for an Innovation Program Manager to spearhead our customer collaboration initiatives and help define the future of compensation intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will design and oversee structured customer programs aimed at extracting insights, validating concepts, and expediting product development. You will work closely with teams across Product, Compensation, Sales, and Marketing to convert customer feedback into impactful business outcomes. This position demands exceptional facilitation skills, strategic foresight, and a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate Design Partner Programs with enterprise clients
Conduct customer research studies to derive insights and validate product trajectories
Collaborate with Product teams to distill research findings into actionable product specifications
Create customer enablement content, resources, and program documentation
Engage with Product and Compensation teams to establish and achieve program goals
Assist Sales with insights and engagement strategies to drive deal closure
Partner with Marketing to produce customer case studies and showcase program impacts
