About the Role

You will architect systems that facilitate our ambitious goal of scaling by a factor of 100 while ensuring the reliability that our users depend on for their livelihoods. You will deliver tangible results with discernment, taste, and composure even under pressure.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the uptime of our critical infrastructure
- Enhance our observability and monitoring stack for improved system health insights
- Refine systems for error collection and real-time alerting
- Design safe staged rollout and rollback mechanisms for production deployments
- Fortify our infrastructure against real-world threats and implement safety guardrails for production
- Optimize performance of essential systems through better architecture, code optimization, and caching
- Collaborate with product teams to expedite and secure development processes
- Establish standards for real-time event collection for analytics and experimentation
