We are in search of a detail-oriented, results-driven Infrastructure Operations Manager to enhance our enterprise initiatives within the Real Estate and Workplace Team, part of our Corporate Operations division. This pivotal role acts as a central program integrator, ensuring seamless collaboration across Real Estate & Workplace, while supporting our Corporate Operations team and various cross-functional partners.

The Infrastructure Operations Manager will be instrumental in establishing structure, visibility, and accountability across complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Success in this position demands rigorous project governance, exceptional cross-functional coordination, and the capability to keep teams aligned and focused on meeting specific deliverables, timelines, budgets, and measurable results.

The selected candidate will guarantee that documentation, coordination, and milestone execution remain on schedule across diverse projects, workstreams, and essential stakeholder relationships. This role requires onsite presence 4-5 days a week during business hours, with occasional domestic and international travel as necessary.

What You Will Do

Real Estate & Workplace Management

  • Oversee the global real estate portfolio, including leases, timelines, and compliance necessities.
    Coordinate office/lab space planning, site launches, and workplace initiatives.

  • Manage vendor selection, onboarding processes, and budget oversight.

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead comprehensive projects encompassing real estate, operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and executive-level updates.

  • Identify risks, eliminate obstacles, and ensure timely project delivery.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as a primary liaison among leadership, internal teams, and external partners.

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.
