About the Position
We are on the lookout for a Infrastructure Engineering Manager who possesses a robust background in technology and a passion for infrastructure. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing well-architected Cloud-Native applications, playing a vital role in bolstering our expanding engineering team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain tools for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and agile engineering iterations.
Develop and manage cloud-native software solutions with a focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and observability.
Enhance developer tools to optimize engineering workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of infrastructure practices with FinOps and budgeting strategies.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering roles.
Proven track record in managing highly reliable and scalable web applications; expertise in site reliability engineering is a must.
Demonstrated ability to advocate for best practices in engineering.
