As a Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with product management, hardware and firmware engineering, supply chain, and various cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge electric vehicles. Leverage your extensive experience in product delivery to streamline processes and ensure the swift launch of high-quality products. If you are passionate about taking products from concept to reality and scaling a top-notch organization, we want to hear from you!Your ResponsibilitiesLead multi-disciplinary hardware projects from conception to completion, overseeing complex electromechanical modules and technology across diverse product lines.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, assess risks, manage project timelines, and facilitate communication across various teams.Drive the execution of customer-centric features in partnership with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals, while monitoring progress and resolving any issues that arise.Create and maintain schedules for module programs, address technical challenges, and ensure effective resource management in collaboration with engineering teams.Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and leadership across different time zones, fostering strong relationships among cross-functional teams.Identify obstacles in program execution and implement lean processes to improve efficiency.
