Your responsibilities will extend beyond managing transactions; you will lead a team, create process documentation, and identify long-term improvement opportunities. You will approach Accounts Payable as a comprehensive process, collaborating with Treasury and other finance divisions to guarantee efficient operations. Requirements Leadership & Transition Management Oversee, coach, and develop the finance team to create a high-performing and supportive environment. Set team priorities and manage the transition of AP activities from the UK to Sofia. Facilitate knowledge transfer and create detailed process documentation to ensure “Business as Usual” (BAU). Financial Operations & Oversight Ensure accurate entry of high-volume invoices and expenses into our Oracle Fusion ERP system, resolving issues as necessary. Maintain accuracy and security of weekly BACS runs, manual payments, and supplier reconciliations. Manage the AP Helpdesk to address complex internal and external inquiries. Uphold financial controls and ensure compliance with Ocado policies. Strategic Partnering Engage in business partnerships with Treasury and other finance teams to manage liquidity and compliance effectively. Identify and implement process enhancements once the initial transition is stabilized.
