Position: Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant & Family Advocate (Early Head Start)
Location: Buffalo Early Head Start, Buffalo, MO
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Duties are split between classroom support and family advocacy.

What You Will Do
- Support classroom teaching alongside two other teachers, providing primary care for two to three infants or toddlers in a classroom of up to eight children (ages birth to two years).
- Engage daily with staff and children, helping to create a relationship-focused and supportive environment.
- Act as a Family Advocate, using a case management approach to connect families with staff, community resources, and family services.
- Assist with recruiting and enrolling children and families, building and maintaining positive relationships throughout the process.
