ABOUT THE ROLE

In the capacity of an Independent Golf Sales Representative for Mizzen+Main, you will take charge of managing your own territory's green grass business in Tampa, FL, nurturing customer relationships, and overseeing the entire sales cycle for both existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a deep understanding of the golf industry and a genuine passion for golf apparel. This role reports directly to the Golf Account Executive.

This is a remote independent contractor position.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Driving sales within your territory, focusing on success through:
    • Building and maintaining strong partnerships through consistent communication, regular in-store visits, and participation in events.
    • Completing product training for seasonal and pre-book lines, ensuring accounts appreciate our value proposition and brand uniqueness.
  • Assisting accounts with visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Managing regional trade shows and events, while participating in national events such as the PGA Show as necessary.
  • Prospecting and onboarding new accounts to foster sales growth and align with our brand values.
  • Presenting opportunities for enhanced displays or fixtures to elevate brand visibility, as well as tournament opportunities.
  • Providing regular performance updates to supervisors, encompassing both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights from accounts.
  • Contributing positively to the culture and success of Mizzen+Main.
