Work Schedule
This role follows a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. One Saturday shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) is required every four weeks. When working a Saturday, a weekday off is provided in return.
Role Overview
Inbound Sales Consultants are the first point of contact for customers looking to sign up for Red Energy’s gas and electricity services. The role involves daily engagement with prospective customers, using strong communication skills to tailor conversations and help them join a leading Australian energy provider.
