About the job

  • Manage all inbound logistics activities on a daily basis to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes, verify shipments, and facilitate proper put-away procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to resolve daily operational challenges.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) in logistics and Business Process Services (BPS) initiatives.
  • Utilize problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis (why-why) and Problem Solving System (PSS) methodologies.
  • Handle APM workflow clearances and address supplier payment-related issues.
  • Initiate and conduct LPC audits.
  • Manage indirect materials handling and transit damage issues.
  • Optimize logistics costs through effective LSP (Logistics Service Provider) management.
  • Oversee quarantine area management and coordinate with production teams on daily logistics activities.
  • Possess knowledge of mechanical and electronic materials supply.
