Role Overview Hustler Marketing is looking for an E-commerce Marketing Account Manager to join our remote team based in Athens, Attica, Greece. This position centers on managing client relationships and leading marketing campaigns that help online stores grow sales and conversions. The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact for clients, translating their needs into actionable marketing strategies. This role involves close collaboration with Copywriters, Designers, and Account Manager Associates to deliver campaigns that meet client goals. On average, the Account Manager oversees about 40 unique marketing campaigns each month. Reporting directly to the Head of Account Managers, this role works across departments to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule. Main Responsibilities Manage and supervise the execution of marketing campaigns for assigned clients. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, maintaining open communication and trust. Plan, develop, and execute a range of marketing strategies, including email, SMS, pop-ups, and automated flows. Monitor campaign performance and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and deliver timely solutions. Work closely with other marketing professionals to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
