Qualifications
As the Project Manager – Implementation, your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing the comprehensive customer implementation process from decision-making to go-live and the effective handover to Service Delivery. Prioritizing timely project delivery while ensuring clients have a 'no better experience.'Thoroughly scoping customer requirements across operations, IT, invoicing, and customer service. Building strong relationships and collaborating closely with internal teams such as Sales, FLIP, MDM, and Service Delivery. Maximizing efm's financial performance during the hypercare phase. Providing training for new customers on efm systems and processes. Conducting rigorous testing of efm's solutions prior to the commencement of trade. Ensuring the achievement of contracted KPIs during hypercare, including monthly and quarterly business reviews. Identifying continuous improvement opportunities for customers throughout the hypercare phase. Experience Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Account Management or Project Management within the logistics sector. Strong focus on process, particularly in relationship management. Deep understanding of the commercial drivers in business. Proven analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Able to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios to find optimal solutions. A relentless passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. A solution-oriented mindset. Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
