Role Overview

As the Implementation Project Manager – 340B, you will oversee comprehensive onboarding and deployment projects for health systems integrating Latent’s 340B solutions.

This role demands a robust background in healthcare project management, alongside familiarity with 340B program compliance, pharmacy operations, split-billing systems, and contract pharmacy settings. You will orchestrate timelines, technical coordination, stakeholder synchronization, and operational preparedness across pharmacy, compliance, IT, revenue cycle, and executive leadership teams.

Your goal is to facilitate efficient go-lives for customers, enabling them to realize measurable value swiftly and ensuring their readiness for sustainable operational and compliance success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & 340B Customer Delivery

  • Direct full-cycle implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and stabilization across health systems, focusing on 340B program contexts.

  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans that include 340B-specific workflows, compliance checkpoints, and audit-readiness strategies.

  • Lead cross-functional meetings with pharmacy executives, 340B program administrators, compliance teams, IT, and clinical operations.

  • Act as the principal project contact, ensuring outstanding communication and alignment among all stakeholders.

  • Identify 340B environment-specific risks (e.g., diversion risk, duplicate discount risk, contract pharmacy complexities) and proactively implement mitigation plans.

340B Workflow & Technical Coordination

  • Oversee the collection and validation of essential technical inputs, including pharmacy data feeds, split-billing configurations, accumulator logic, and EHR integrations.

  • Collaborate with Latent sales, account management, engineering, and product teams to align system configurations with client-specific 340B policies and operational frameworks.

  • Monitor EHR integration processes (Epic, Cerner, etc.) to ensure seamless transitions and functionality.
