The Role
**Please note: This position requires in-office attendance at our San Francisco (Mission District) location three times a week.**
As the Implementation Manager for Strategic Accounts at Abridge, you will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment and implementation of our products and services with key clients. You will be the main point of contact for our esteemed partners, driving seamless project execution and ensuring that all projects are completed on time while surpassing user expectations.

What You'll Do
Lead the implementation process for customers, serving as the primary liaison for Abridge's partners during their initial deployments. Your role is to instill confidence and trust among our partners and team, ensure timely implementations with high customer satisfaction scores, and facilitate the transition from pilot programs to full enterprise partnerships.
Oversee the development, coordination, and execution of project plans in collaboration with both internal and external cross-functional teams.
Be accountable for guiding the project through all phases, including kickoff meetings, technical configurations, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
