To support our expanding clientele and guarantee successful platform adoption, we are looking for an enthusiastic Implementation Manager or Associate. In this pivotal role, you will assist clients during the onboarding process, ensuring they fully grasp how to effectively utilize our platform to meet their operational requirements. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to customize implementation strategies that streamline integration and foster a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of our platform’s features and functionalities.
- Develop tailored implementation strategies based on client needs and workflows to ensure a seamless transition.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful platform integrations and resolve any technical challenges.
- Deliver training and resources to clients and their teams to maximize the benefits of the conversational agent platform.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure that milestones are achieved during the implementation stage.
- Collect client feedback throughout and after implementation to continuously enhance the onboarding experience.
