About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Manager – Accounting Solutions to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients during the implementation and onboarding phases, leading up to full operational integration. As a vital member of the Implementation Team at Tabs, you will be instrumental in shaping the department's growth.
In this capacity, you will act as a subject matter expert on accounting systems, collaborating with Engagement Managers to facilitate seamless implementations. You will be responsible for articulating complex accounting principles and the functionality of Tabs’ platform to controllers, AR leaders, and finance teams, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective platform adoption. In addition to guiding clients, you will mentor internal teams on accounting best practices, recommend change management strategies, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver successful outcomes.
This position is critical to our customers' success, as effective implementation lays the groundwork for long-term engagement with Tabs. You will collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Customer Success, and Operations, and work intimately with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on client needs.
