About the Position
As an Implementation Lead at Kernel, you play a pivotal role in aligning customer expectations with technical execution for large-scale enterprise projects. Your expertise transforms intricate requirements into effective, high-impact solutions, ensuring each proof of concept is precise, scalable, and strategically positioned for success.
Collaborating closely with Account Executives, Product teams, and Engineering, you will tackle technical inquiries, resolve complex challenges, and develop solutions that deliver substantial value to our clients. With a continuous stream of new features being deployed at Kernel, you will remain at the forefront of client needs and the latest market innovations.
Your Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical expert partnering with Account Executives during late-stage sales cycles
Manage and deliver high-quality proofs of concept (POCs) in a timely manner
Oversee the entire implementation process from project kick-off to successful go-live
Design, build, and deploy customized AI agents utilizing Kernel’s proprietary tools
Act as a trusted advisor for a diverse portfolio of clients
Provide constructive feedback to the Product team for ongoing improvements and iterations
Required Skills and Experience:
3–5 years of experience in a client-facing analytical or technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Consulting
Proficient technical knowledge (APIs, JavaScript, etc.) and familiarity with data systems
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
Ability to navigate ambiguity and creatively solve technical issues
Experience in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments
Proven capacity to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and the capability to cultivate trustworthy relationships with customers
Willingness to occasionally work later hours to accommodate US-based clients
Preferred (but not essential):
Experience with AI products or applications
Familiarity with Revenue Operations (RevOps) workflows and systems, including CRMs and related tools
