Role overview

The Implementation Consultant joins the Customer Success team to deliver Hawk’s AML and fraud prevention solutions. After a contract is signed, this role works directly with clients, learning their requirements and adapting Hawk’s technology to fit. The Implementation Consultant leads clients from the initial setup through to full adoption of the platform, aiming for a smooth rollout and strong client experience.

What you will do

  • Meet with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes
  • Assess potential risks for both the customer and Hawk when recommending solutions
  • Clarify each client’s AML and fraud prevention needs through detailed assessments
  • Advise clients on best practices and suggest optimal configurations for their solutions

Solution configuration and deployment

  • Customize and configure Hawk’s AML and fraud prevention tools to meet client specifications
  • Lead technical deployment, integrating Hawk’s solutions with client systems and workflows
  • Support clients with testing and troubleshooting to ensure the solution works as intended

Training and support

  • Develop and deliver training sessions for client teams to help them use Hawk’s solutions effectively
  • Create and maintain training materials to support customer onboarding during implementation
