Role overview

The Implementation Consultant - Audit serves as a bridge between Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams, guiding clients as they adopt Fieldguide’s platform. This position is central to Fieldguide’s client onboarding strategy and plays a direct role in helping new customers get started.

Reporting to the Head of Solutions, the Implementation Consultant leads the Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program. The focus is on delivering a smooth onboarding experience that quickly brings value to customers and sets a high bar for service.

What you will do

  • Build client relationships: Stay connected with customers throughout the implementation process, from sales handoff through to the point where clients realize value from the platform.
  • Support client growth: Develop a strategic plan tailored to each customer’s goals, monitor progress during onboarding, and adjust plans as needed to ensure clients stay on track.

Location

This position is based in San Francisco, CA or can be performed remotely within the United States.
