We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to help expand our platform and deliver immediate value to our customers. You will be integral in supporting the pre-sales process alongside Account Executives, facilitating onboarding, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do
- Establish deep, lasting relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Guide clients through the implementation of Levelpath’s solutions.
- Collaborate on optimizing processes, assets, and systems (Zendesk & Salesforce) for enterprise accounts.
- Create best practice guides and product documentation for clients.
- Identify key stakeholders within client organizations and cultivate relationships with them.
- Work closely with the sales team to introduce new solutions to clients.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to launch new offerings in the market.
