About the Role

As a Full-Time Sales Associate at IKEA Tampines, you will report to the Shopkeeper of the Home Furnishing department. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional sales service that fosters high levels of customer satisfaction. You will uphold IKEA's merchandising standards to create a positive shopping environment for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions for their home.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your department, ensuring products are displayed, priced, and stocked according to IKEA’s merchandising standards.
  • Promote top-selling products and share your enthusiasm for IKEA’s offerings while continuously learning about their features and benefits.
  • Drive sales while ensuring profitability by focusing on high-demand products and managing inventory effectively.
  • Assist in implementing planned commercial initiatives within your department.
  • Analyze sales space capacities to optimize stock availability based on system parameters.
