We are proud to be recognized as a 2025 certified Great Place to Work®.

THE JOB

As an IAM Engineer in our IT Infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in building, maintaining, and expanding VEG's SaaS ecosystem, which includes platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, O365, Workday, ChatGPT, and Workvivo. Your primary focus will be on automating and optimizing identity processes to guarantee secure access and provide an efficient onboarding and offboarding experience.

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative IAM Engineer who can effectively balance innovative system design with robust daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, extensive experience with Okta and Okta Workflows, a solid understanding of Google Workspace and the broader SaaS landscape, as well as expertise in Windows PC management (Entra, Intune & NinjaOne). We place great value on clear, well-documented solutions, especially when it comes to integrations and automations supported by comprehensive testing.

This position is tailored for self-starters who take ownership of their projects and thrive in a collaborative environment. Successful candidates will enjoy tackling complex challenges, favoring straightforward and logical solutions, actively engaging in team discussions, and taking pride in delivering comprehensible, rigorously tested systems. This role is not suitable for individuals who prefer to work in isolation, overly rely on AI or vendor support, or require constant supervision.
