Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain identity environments for managed services clients, including Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory. Oversee user accounts, security groups, permissions, and support hybrid identity environments. Facilitate identity lifecycle management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver). Troubleshoot identity-related incidents, ensuring resolution and coordinating across teams. Work within the Service Desk to address identity-related incidents and service requests, ensuring accurate ticket documentation and escalation as necessary. Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams. Execute audit and compliance remediation, responding to client audit requests, extracting identity and access data, identifying remediation actions, and maintaining documentation. Create and sustain PowerShell scripts for identity reporting and administration. Automate repetitive identity tasks and standardize processes across client environments. Generate audit reports from Entra ID and Active Directory. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory, particularly in hybrid identity settings. Experience in multi-client or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. Ability to generate reports from identity platforms and familiarity with Microsoft Graph API. Understanding of identity lifecycle management and Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles. Knowledge of compliance, audit remediation processes, and identity governance. Experience in extracting and analyzing identity and access data and supporting client audits.
