As an IAM Technical Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our programs through collaboration, analysis, and operational execution. Your expertise will be essential in identifying risks, resolving issues, and facilitating coordination between technical and non-technical teams. Your contributions will ensure alignment with program objectives, enable prompt decision-making, and maintain the continuity of complex program activities. You will be responsible for delivering structured communication, comprehensive documentation, and engaging stakeholder interactions to further EHR modernization outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to achieve program goals.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies while assisting in mitigation activities.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and briefings for senior leadership.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Track tasks, action items, and project progress meticulously.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues across assigned domains.
• Provide systems design expertise across a variety of complex IAM integrations.
• Conduct troubleshooting, validation, and root-cause analysis.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred for senior or lead roles.
