Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Conduct rounds and take readings on equipment and systems to confirm functionality and compliance within specifications, in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments. Perform regular inspections of equipment, systems, and surrounding areas to identify issues such as leaks, safety hazards, or unusual operating conditions. React promptly and safely to alarms, equipment malfunctions, and emergencies to minimize operational disruptions. Utilize the SCADA system for monitoring and operating equipment as necessary. Prepare comprehensive shift handover reports detailing events, system changes, and unresolved issues. Assist in construction and commissioning tasks, including equipment rotations, shutdowns, and meticulous walk-downs to ensure alignment with design specifications. Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills:Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or facility support; experience in semiconductor or mission-critical facilities is preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, including HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, exhaust, and process utilities. Familiarity with SCADA or building management systems (BMS) for monitoring and control. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SOPs, and equipment manuals. Exceptional troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
