WHAT WE SEEKA Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field;A Master's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field is advantageous;7-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and/or Organizational Development, including areas like organizational redesign, strategic planning, performance management, competency development, process mapping, and succession planning;Experience in culturally diverse environments or with First Nations communities is a plus;Fluency in both English and French is essential;Strong organizational and time management skills;Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Human Resources & Organizational Development Consultant at Boreala Management, you will work hand-in-hand with project teams and clients to design, develop, and implement a variety of innovative Human Resources and Organizational Development initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner, providing expert advice and support throughout the implementation of tailored solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering strategic and operational expertise in human resources and organizational development;
  • Collaborating with clients to identify needs and shape project goals and deliverables;
  • Creating, reviewing, and executing customized action plans, programs, and strategies;
  • Participating actively in change management initiatives;
  • Training and supporting managers and staff in executing action plans;
  • Mentoring Analysts involved in project teams;
  • Contributing to the development of consulting service proposals.
