- HR Data Management: Diligently maintain and update employee records using our HR information system, Keka, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Effectively manage onboarding, offboarding, and daily HR transactions.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general processes. Provide timely and effective support to enhance the employee experience.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, collaborating with PEOs, EORs, and managing contractor payments to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees and contractors.
- Leave and Absence Management: Manage various leave programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- HR Reporting: Generate regular HR reports and analytics on key metrics, facilitating the identification of trends for process improvement.
- Vendor Management: Work alongside external HR service providers to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Keep abreast of HR regulations and employment laws pertinent to startups and assist in upholding HR policies and procedures.
