Leave & Accommodation Management Administer and track all leaves, including FMLA, New York Paid Family Leave (NYPFL), ADA accommodations, and workers’ compensation. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to state and federal regulations. Training & Compliance Facilitate and/or provide mandatory training (anti-harassment, Code of Conduct, HIPAA refresher, safety). Maintain audit-ready personnel files, I-9s, licenses, background checks, and compliance documentation.
