Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough and objective investigations. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Performance Management: Support and administer the company's performance review process, collaborating with managers to deliver timely feedback, goal setting, and development planning. Policy & Compliance: Interpret and consistently apply all company policies and procedures. Stay updated on federal, state (New York and New Jersey), and local employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to address local recruitment needs. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires in New York, ensuring a smooth and engaging transition. Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop or facilitate local employee development programs, including manager training and mandatory compliance courses. HR Administration: Manage daily HR administrative tasks for the local office, including reporting and data integrity.

Position Summary:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as the primary HR contact for all employees in our New York office. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), your responsibilities will encompass managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, facilitating training, implementing policies, and ensuring local compliance. You will act as a strategic partner to local management, fostering a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
