Position Summary:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as the primary HR contact for all employees in our New York office. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), your responsibilities will encompass managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, facilitating training, implementing policies, and ensuring local compliance. You will act as a strategic partner to local management, fostering a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
