As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our talent acquisition and HR operations. Your expertise will help shape our workforce and ensure our HR practices align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead the complete recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, referrals, and local channels.
  • Collaborate closely with management to assess manpower planning needs.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and headhunters as necessary.

Payroll & Compensation

  • Oversee the monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Manage salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and compliance standards.

HR Operations

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee contracts and HR documentation.
  • Draft and implement HR policies to support organizational goals.
  • Conduct KPI reviews and performance evaluations effectively.
  • Provide support for employee relations matters as required.
