Assala Energy is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team in London. As a key oil and gas producer in Gabon with a strong corporate presence in the UK, Assala Energy continues to invest in its people and HR practices.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations for the UK office, supporting employees under UK contracts. This includes domestic staff, international assignees based in the UK, and UK-contracted employees working in Gabon. The role reports to the Human Resources & Corporate Affairs Director and works closely with managers, employees, the wider HR team, and colleagues in Gabon.

  • Manage daily HR operations for the UK business
  • Support UK-based employees, international assignees, and UK staff deployed to Gabon
  • Collaborate with managers and the broader HR team to deliver consistent, credible HR support
  • Translate business priorities into effective HR practices
  • Enhance the capability and coordination of the HR function
