Role Overview
The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations for the UK office, supporting employees under UK contracts. This includes domestic staff, international assignees based in the UK, and UK-contracted employees working in Gabon. The role reports to the Human Resources & Corporate Affairs Director and works closely with managers, employees, the wider HR team, and colleagues in Gabon.

- Manage daily HR operations for the UK business
- Support UK-based employees, international assignees, and UK staff deployed to Gabon
- Collaborate with managers and the broader HR team to deliver consistent, credible HR support
- Translate business priorities into effective HR practices
- Enhance the capability and coordination of the HR function
