Position Overview:
The HR Intern will be instrumental in enhancing our recruitment initiatives and contributing to our talent acquisition strategies. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking practical experience in HR Recruitment and Operations within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Outreach:
- Engage in proactive outreach to potential candidates, discussing open positions and assessing their interest.
- Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in screening resumes and identifying suitable candidates based on established criteria.
- Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the preparation of interview schedules and follow-up communications.
- Operational Support:
- Contribute to the maintenance of the applicant tracking system and update candidate records accordingly.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
- Participate in refining recruitment processes and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Research and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to uncover new sourcing strategies for specialized roles.
- Compile reports on recruitment metrics and candidate feedback for continual improvement.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a regular MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Onboarding & Induction:
- Assist in the planning and execution of onboarding programs for new hires.
- Support the delivery of orientation sessions and foundational training for new team members.
- Facilitate the smooth integration of employees into the company culture.
