We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven HR Intern to become an integral part of our team, contributing to the successful implementation of our Recognition and Engagement campaign. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of diverse recognition and engagement initiatives based on our core campaign themes: "Celebrating Positive Energy," "Honoring Resilience and Perseverance," and "Acknowledging Expertise and Hidden Talents."
- Logistics & Administration: Manage administrative tasks associated with the campaign, including scheduling meetings, crafting presentations, overseeing budgets for recognition activities, and organizing events.
- Communication & Promotion: Aid in the development and distribution of internal communications to promote campaign initiatives through various platforms such as Slack and company town halls.
- Content Development: Collaborate in creating engaging content for recognition activities, featuring employees and managers, and highlighting individual achievements.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research on best practices in employee recognition and engagement, and assist in collecting and analyzing feedback to evaluate campaign success.
- Project Coordination: Support the management of specific initiatives, including growth hacking projects and assist with the logistics for high-potential and executive coaching programs.
- General HR Support: Provide additional administrative support to the Singapore People Team as required.
