Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Professional with substantial experience in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle (hire to retire). The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving HR operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience across all stages of employment.

This is a mid-level individual contributor role requiring strong ownership, a process-oriented mindset, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hire to Onboard

  • Manage the complete onboarding process including New Joinee Onboarding, documentation, verification, induction, and HRIS creation.
  • Ensure all employee records are complete and compliant prior to joining.
  • Conduct induction sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams for Day 1 readiness.

2. HR Data & System Management

  • Maintain accurate employee data within internal HR systems.
