Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle & HR OperationsOversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, contractual adjustments, and offboarding processes. Draft employment contracts, offer letters, and necessary documentation in compliance with UK and Irish employment legislation. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers. Employee RelationsProvide guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, absenteeism, performance management, and flexible working requests. Manage employee relations cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance. Assist in consultation processes related to organizational restructuring and redundancies when necessary. Policy, Compliance & GovernanceDevelop and uphold HR policies and procedures that align with both local legislation and company standards. Stay updated on changes in employment law and assist in revising policies and processes as needed. Support internal audits and compliance initiatives. Recruitment & Workforce SupportCollaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle. Coordinate interview schedules, job offers, and pre-employment verification processes. Ensure compliance with UK regulations regarding right-to-work and screening. Performance, Engagement & DevelopmentAssist in performance management processes and annual review preparations. Support employee engagement initiatives and planning based on survey feedback. Facilitate learning and development activities as needed. HR Systems & ReportingEnsure accurate maintenance of employee records in HR systems, adhering to GDPR standards. Generate HR reports as required.

We are currently looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team on a contractual basis, focusing on our EMEA market, particularly in the UK and Ireland. This dynamic role encompasses the entire employee lifecycle, with an emphasis on recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and collaborating with managers to provide a consistent and compliant employee experience. You will work closely with our Corporate HR Department based in the USA.

The ideal candidate will adeptly navigate multiple priorities, provide confident advice to managers, and ensure that HR processes are in alignment with corporate policies as well as UK and Irish employment laws and best practices.

Please be aware that this is a CONTRACT POSITION; we will assess the status periodically as we continue to expand in the EMEA region.
