Join our dynamic HR team at our Southfield, MI studio as a Human Resources Generalist. In this vital role, you will oversee a comprehensive range of HR functions, ensuring seamless HR processes that support a positive workplace environment. Serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations, you will address inquiries and issues to foster a healthy organizational culture. Collaborating closely with the HR Manager, you will implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement. This position also involves managing payroll and supporting talent acquisition throughout the hiring process.

  • Handle personnel administration including tax forms, employment engagement documents, health insurance, termination paperwork, and other essential documents.
  • Maintain accurate records for employee vacations, sick leave, bereavement leave, and maternity leave.
  • Assist in compiling data for weekly, monthly, and annual key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the Employment License process for new hires and existing staff while coordinating with third-party service providers.
  • Manage multiple data systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Organize both physical and electronic documents.
  • Keep all HR documentation current and accurate.
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Facilitate training programs, including new hire onboarding, orientation, and leadership development.
  • Promote the Evolution Gaming brand in the Michigan area.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries and situations to ensure effective employee relations.
  • Lead investigations into employee issues as required.
  • Coordinate with legal and accounting teams to ensure timely handling of payroll and compliance documentation.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and policies.
  • Update internal procedures to adapt to the evolving operational landscape.
  • Work alongside the HR Manager to enhance overall employee experience and satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, serving as a hub for communication and information sharing.
  • Engage in or lead various HR Department projects.
